Service Quality Indicators


Periodically, the Brasília airport conducts internal research on the quality of all services and equipment available, in addition to the satisfaction of Terminal passengers.

Note: The Service Quality Indicators are used to periodically assess the quality of services provided by the concessionaire, provided for in the Concession Agreement. 30 indicators are assessed, divided into: (1) Direct services, (2) Availability of equipment and facilities, and (3) passenger satisfaction survey. In the above file available, the 15 items featured are considered in the calculation of the Q factor (Quality of service factor to be applied to the tariff adjustment).
